March 25, 1990, the newly formed Board of Directors of The Manitoba Amateur Radio Museum Inc held their first board meeting in Brandon, Manitoba.
At this board meeting, a motion was put forth and duly passed that the deadline for Founding Membership in MARM would be Saturday, April 14, 1990. As of this deadline, there were 106 Founding Members of The Manitoba Amateur Radio Museum Inc. A founding Membership fee of $50.00 was collected from each member. $5300.00 was collected.
A plaque is on display in our display building with these 106 Founding Members Names engraved thereon in alphabetical order in recognition of their support in establishing this Museum.
